It’s a donkey and his apple pie moonshine. They’re done using copic marker and liner. The shades of brown were difficult to balance. This is actually the second one I did. The more accurate coloration looked absolutely aweful. So I cartooned this thing up and tada. Enjoy

It’s important to check on the cultural significance of an item before you draw/color an item. It could completely change the meaning of your art unintentionally and it isn’t pleasant when you think you’re saying x and an entire group of people are seeing y.

A snow leopard eagerly looking forward to his Bloody Mary. Man it is going to take him forever to get the red out of the fur around his mouth.
Done with copic markers, liners, and paint. Shades of red can be complex. Is your red pinkish or orangish? Red can be hot or warm unlike many other colors. Blue is cool, green is warm, etc. gray can be both too. In the case above the red is warm, the snow leopard is cool, and the shadows are… Warm. Frequently people think of cool colors as cold and warm colors as hot. Orange and yellow are warm colors like the sun. Blue is cool like snow and no snow isn’t white. Take a peak at your colors see how their heat affects the piece and how the colors match or don’t.

A Pangolin and Mint Julep. There is nothing like something mint flavored and icy on a warm day.
Done with copic markers and liners. Names are a tricky thing. If you just name things with what’s in it you’ll start running into duplication issues. Maybe not so much with pangolin’s but how many husky’s with tennis ball do you think an artist working with furries might draw? I do declare, it’s a mint pangolin might be a tad bit long but it’s got some fun behind it.

This is done with copic markers, liners, and opaque white paint. The copic white paint was used to highlight the chocolate shine to show it’s high gloss. I used blender pen to bring in the color of the cream and give it a fuzzy edge that looks more natural on a white product.
